What's in a name? Apparently, on this blog, everything!
Here at Canespace, fans have been both careful and creative in choosing their blog names. These names often serve as a unique trademark to reflect who the blogger is, some aspect of their personality or even where they live.
While some simply use their real names or initials like bloggers Zakkee, Esteban, Calvin, Jake, Mitch, Carlos, Matt, M.H., JC, Mr. Troutman and Manny Navarro, others choose to get much more creative.
Names like SolarCane, Cavaleer, Aqua, The Truth, Old Skool, RaizeCane, TrueCane, 
ColdCane, RT6, OrangeandGreenintheVein, Loco, ReggaeBob, AVACane96, Cat Five, AngryCane, Canechic, CanesGirlNC, MaryLouAlumni, OcalaCane, MiamiMike01, MontrealCane, SuperCooper, BG1906, 86Cane, Canesince1982, AlpharettaCane, SarasotaCane, pbCSHOF09, Canez1, Canesluvr, CoCane, and others have gone this route.
Recently, one Canespace blogger agreed to undergo a complete blog name re-construction. Blogger Canesranus, a recent transplant from the Sun Sentinel blog hosted by Shandel the Saluki, agreed to go with the will of the people and allow Canespacers to vote and choose his new name for the blog.
After careful consideration of suggested names and an official poll vote here on the blog that Fans have spoken! The name that was selected in a runaway vote to replace Canesranus is: CaneSawMassacre. This name, which is effective immediately, was originally suggested by Canespaceballer SolarCane.
Which brings us to another critical issue. Was the vote a fair one? There were allegations made by a few bloggers here that the vote itself was "rigged" by SolarCane. I mean if the guy can create images like this one at left is there really anything he can't do?
As many of you know, Solar is no stranger to controversy, and has faced previous allegations of illegal blog "juicing". Some have even claimed that he recently used a secret identity to testify before Congress as an expert witness on the seemingly rampant use of illegal blog "enhancements" by bloggers in the U.S.
In response to numerous complaints and requests from bloggers here, Canespace has launched a formal investigation into these allegations, rumors and claims. Only time will tell if they are true.
Either way the fans have spoken. Congratulations...CaneSawMassacre it is!

There is a Hooters and Champs Sports Bar right near the stadium like 5 minutes away.
We are thinking about Bru's Room Sports Bar in MARGATE on SR 441 and Sample. It's about 15 minutes from the Stadium.

Can't make it down for the scrimmage. Suks!! I was thinkin about it but I am swamped with work and not in the mood to fight through JFK this time of year. I hate flyin! Have a great time and down a few after the game for the outta town peeps.

Two weeks ago I stopped by All Canes Spots retail store by the campus (formally All Sports) and was talking to Josh (Mgr.), asking about new merchandise for spring and was told that Nike or Authententic or who ever they use for official football shirts is only makeing 2 new shirts... number 2 and 5.... Coop and JJ for about $150. Each
As an option to only those two, they (All Canes) will make anybodies number and name on the back as a replica jersey on their lable. Cost was about 55. from memory.
If interested call Josh 800-226-ibis. Maybe they have Pictures that they can send U, if remote!!!

its illegal for a person under 21 to consume alcohol, there are no laws prohibiting someone under 21 from purchasing alcohol, there are laws against people selling or providing alcohol to a person under 21.

by the way, its only illegal to purchase alcohol if your under age if you lie about your age to get it. but if you walk into a store and tell them your 19 and they sell it to you, you didnt do anything wrong.
