As RaizeCane said before...how many people are posting NOW that never posted before?

I think groh is DC at GT this coming season

I saw $300 K as the average? Sounds about right?

Sebastian(2001U G.O.A.T.)

Any other coach that is going into his biggest season yet with just 1 year left. It would be a real problem. Another reason I like Randy keeping that issue in house is it shows how much he cares about these kids and this program. Not once have I ever heard him say anything about it.

IMO he will get the extention before full team practices kickoff

Yes? No?

good interview this a.m. w/brandon harris....go to the bottom of the page to find

The U

DVD better than Brandon Harris....??? No Way Jose

Get beat out of a closet full of bad azz Canespace Gear by getting at the very least, 50 1st posts disqualified.

Research enough info to fill a couple book cases of articles and what thanks do I get?

solarcane doesn't count lol!

Drty...give us the DYRT?

Sebastian(2001U G.O.A.T.)

quite a few peeps that I passed the cards out to, have said they read here all the time but feel a bit overwhelmed to post. 3 of those people have made their 1st post in the last couple of days.

Got briefed on the blog and went back and read em (some of the post) so i felt like out of respect for all the people who i saw showing respect and standing up for me and also "thee excuse" and jsq, but i can only speak for myself, i didn't even know they rolled out(i got informed about it later on) but yall know what kind of people they were so if they rolled out, i got complete faith in their reasoning for doing so, i don't need to hear their side i see for sure how the other side is right now. I just wantted to say i appreciate the respect yall have shown me since i haven't been posting, i got alot of respect for alot of yall on here, cav, Canez1, esteban, solar, trout, hell even me and pb a.k.a. ponce blogee-on never saw eye to eye for a long time on here, than all of a sudden, things clicked, everything became straight with me and him as well, and we cool now. bg1906, holding it down.

dayton-non-Cane, from what i can see, you still need to shut the hell up, ain't nothing change on that front, you still just don't know what the hell to say out of your mouth when you post.

To the lady posters on the blog, the real ones(not the ones taking cheap shots after they think you're all the way gone or something), yall know i still appreciate yall having shorter feet than us, yall keep holding it down.

fighting ibis, whatever you do, if you change your name, keep the fighting part in it, cause you another on here who's saying what's really happening and what really needs to be said. To those names i may not have mentioned/overlooked, if we were cool when i was posting, we still cool now.

six, i didn't forget about you dawg!

With that being said, as far as me not posting, i had no idea whether i was banned or not, but the fact that soup asked me to send him some sissy azz email over a blog discussion about jason fox and cause whoever did the inteview got offended, basically, you tried me on that one and everybody else you asked to send you an email on that one. Why wasn't the person who did the interview than came on the blog not asked(publicly) to send you an email, after they started posting the profanity and name calling, cause basically that's azz kissin and being bias towards jason fox and the interviewer.

I'm actually posting this to help this blog out, soup, you gotta get yo head out yo azz man, you got people on here like bg1906 and pb giving you their heart felt and sincere advice and your responses to them are pathetic. That bullshat fake apologetic blog you wrote was unecessary, i would've of rather you not did that for real, cause you post as if you apologizing but all thru that blog, the majority of the stuff you concurred with contradicted that same blog. So it's hard for me to see shat like that, you have blinded yourself by your own selfish ambitions, and you running this blog now like larry(either one)foote.

Me, i'mma speak what's on my mind, that's the only way i do it, i'm not an enemy of this blog cause to many people on here i got history with, at the same time, i'm not gone censor my thoughts for the sake of azz kissin, make it worse, that fox interview was like reading a newspaper article, av touched on it earlier, manny navarro was on here live when people came at him like they did, and they did it rightfully so, the thing about manny though, he did at least keep coming back from time to time whether he got salty or not after he got blasted back than, and he still comes back.

Stop being sensitive and trying to turn this into some sissy azz blog, while you did help create a platform for alot of us to congregate and keep HURRICANE Live all day, at the same time, you in counter-productive blog mode right now, while those so called blog rules are trying to be made to read as simple, some of them are objective. I liked posting on here, at the same time, i know how to keep things in perspective too, and soup, you don got to big for your britches!

Learn a lesson from "thee incompetent one" about arrogance and trying to show fake class or come off as a man with some integrity in the public or something, that's not the way to live, this blog became strong because of alot of other principles that are right.

It takes alot of time to build something, takes less time to tear it down. Not to many people ever thought the orange bowl was going to dissappear either.

If i got another point of view about something, that's what i'm posting. It's an insult to ask anybody to read an article/interview that basically fed us one of the most outrageous statements in Canespace history(hell in other history too), and expect us to sit here and basically say oh yeah, that's jason "47 starts" fox, let em slide, F that, cause if pipho had an interview on here talking like that, he would of been blasted hands down, without a "letter from the editor".

This is bigger than the jason fox situation with me though. That was just the window that got busted that let mosquitoes in! I don't need an apology(especially not the fake type with a bs agenda behind it), my feelings didn't get hurt, i just don't have time for the new bullshat approach if that's how it's suppose to be run over here now.

And alway remember, "No one person is bigger than the blog" that includes you to soup. Some might still argue while "no one is bigger than the blog, your head is though".

Also, as Canez1 pointed out and others that have concurred, to those people whinin and crying behind the blog, you can kiss our aspirins!

60 feet 6 inches

A pitcher that is 6'5, releases the ball at around 55 feet

Try and hit that pill at 55 feet when it's coming in at 96 - 99 mph .... and it's not in your wheel house either, it's everywhere you don't want it to be for a strike

A pitcher throws a 97 mph four seamer, a 92 mph cut fastball, and a change up at 85 ... all with the same arm motion so you can't tell that he's switching speeds. Good luck. Not to mention the mind games the pitcher can play with you by moving the ball all over the place. You're looking for a certain spot that he'll pitch it. The pitcher can throw you all out of whack by throwing hard and inside, behind you, up and in near your chin

You have .4 seconds to decide whether to swing the bat or not on a 90 mph ball, around .2 to swing at 95 mph or higher

You have 8 guys in the field, positioned upon stats of where you're likely to hit it after tons of research

The reason guys that only succeed hitting the ball safely 30% of the time are considered very good, is b/c it's so hard to do it - not b/c it's a tell of how bad hitters are in the game

You have a guy bearing down on you, spikes high while you're trying to roll a double play, and you have to get the ball in and out of your glove while swiping the bag with your feet within 2 seconds to try and get the guy out at 1st

No one ever said baseball was a physical sport, b/c it's not. You don't hit people on every pitch, you can't compare football to baseball in that aspect

Catching a football from Marino or Favre isn't any harder than standing at home plate as a catcher, while having a runner in the corner of your eye ready to take you out, while you're about to receive a laser beam on a relay from the outfield

You want to go squat and catch Zumaya from the Tigers at 60 feet 6 inches while he cranks 99-101 mph fastballs at you? Suit up and do it

Most people who even played at the high school level can't go right now to the batting cage at Malibu Grand Prix, get into the fast cage that throws only 86 and consistently hit it for a base hit

Back with a vengence!

And alway remember, "No one person is bigger than the blog" that includes you to soup. Some might still argue while "no one is bigger than the blog, your head is though".

Also, as Canez1 pointed out and others that have concurred, to those people whinin and crying behind the blog, you can kiss our aspirins!

Did you get a chance and go see some of the greats at Legends Field?

The best guy that loves to sit and talk old time ball is Yogi

Pure class and sharp mind. Its always a thrill of mine to meet him anytime I can get there

if im not a Cane fan, then why am i here?

i wonder how many "fans" would be here to give the basketball team or the baseball team some support? you? please.

don't come at me like you're some kind of tough guy. i haven't made any personal attacks at you, but you're keeping my name in your mouth.

if you think im an idiot for what i post then why do you always respond to me? stupid is as stupid does, ma'am.

its a goo dinterview, but when asked who is the best db on the team...b said dvd...
he wants to keep working to be the best ...he thinks that shannon is changing his attitude this year and letting the players get a little loose...
we'll see...also just heard on another site that Latwan Anderson will be in town this weekend to watch spring practice, and wants to play here....with ed reed looming/down here for the ST Softball Tourney he could be a lock for The U....this would make our 2ndary sick sick sick!!!!

B Harris sounds like Randy is finally going to be able to concentrate on being a head coach and not half to wipe their behinds for them.
I'm feeling real good about these guys laying some teams out hard this season.

have^ (I thought I was cal for just a sec lol)

i cosign that...just worried about the o-line...they may be too young still, but if stoutland gets the right formula..jascory is gonna look like brady in the pocket...and just dump dump dump to our rb/wr by commitee...

Our young team beat OU this year. People can say what they want about OU this year but they did beat Stanford in their bowl game.

Miami will be able to contend with anyone this year. They may not be elite just yet but no one we face will have as much talent as we do.
