Tonight's game truns on the obvious. Can the UM defense slow down Louisville? And can Morris play as well as he did against Pitt? Never sure what to expect from Morris, the D can surprise but I'll keep my expectations low from them. I'll say UM pulls the upset, 45-38

Old Skool - It was great hanging with everyone as well. Hope that cough gets better.
After the pep rally, I went to Embers for a Hurricane Party and met Blake (AD), Prez Sha, Lamar Miller and one of my favorite receivers - Lamar Thomas. Got some nice pics as well.

I will take a win in any way, shape or form today. 10 wins for the first time in forever is 10 wins for the first time in forever. That being said what I really want is a statement game. I want to set things straight with Louisville, they need to know their place. I want revenge for 31-7. I want Bridgewater to be taught a lesson. I want to hurt Hurtt. I want the Canes to pound them.

What lot is canespace in?
Posted by: Cane Since 1982 | December 28, 2013 at 04:53 PM
Looks like Bill O'Brien and Texans are talking. If he goes, you'd have to imagine Penn State makes a big play at Al Golden. I sure hope the powers that be have an eye on the situation and have a backup plan if Al bolts.

What lot is canespace tailgating in?
Posted by: Cane Since 1982 | December 28, 2013 at 04:59 PM
1982 - just across the street from Lot 1
Posted by: KYcane | December 28, 2013 at 05:19 PM
UM 38, UL 34
Posted by: SOUP | December 28, 2013 at 05:26 PM
Canes 45 to 35 over Louisville.
Posted by: BigWindyCane1 | December 28, 2013 at 05:33 PM
Logic 101:
UL beat Cincinnati by 6.
UM beat UNC by 3.
UNC leads Cincinnati by 19 in the third quarter.
By transitive law, UM will lead UL by 16 in the third quarter.
Right?
Posted by: VfB_Cane | December 28, 2013 at 05:38 PM
Let's finish strong! Go Canes.
Posted by: Canesteeler | December 28, 2013 at 05:54 PM
woo hoo a canesteeler sighting! Off topic, but the Pens are the walking wounded and still finding ways to win.
Now, back to THIS game: UM needs to win this game. For us, for themselves, for the program.
GO CANES!!!!

We have a really good recruiting class coming in. If Golden leaves, it would certainly damage the class unless we immediately make a move. If I am the admin, I am talking about this daily amongst ourselves. If Golden leaves, he will have left a pretty good football team though.
Posted by: The Dude | December 28, 2013 at 06:22 PM
Dude - why is everyone talking about "if Golden leaves"?
Posted by: CGNC | December 28, 2013 at 06:30 PM
Bill O'Brien has emerged as the overwhelming favorite to become the next coach of the Houston Texans, and the two sides are working to get a deal in place within the next week, league sources told ESPN.

Ugh, the talking heads are just trashing Miami. Hate Holtz
Posted by: CGNC | December 28, 2013 at 06:46 PM
What do you think the chances are if O'Brien leaves Penn State to take the Texan's job that they will go after Al Golden? Do you all think that there might be a chance that Al will leave and coach and the big ten?
