Hope all of you are well, we are supposed to get another Winter storm in VA. We just ran some sprints, worked on footwork, stretched....just got loose and starting to prepare for the next hike. We are going to be very good this year; my kids already serious, racing each other, competing with each other.
I have added a new saying to go with Apocalypse Noe Football.
When the Viet Cong were preparing for the TET offensive New Years 1968 they were advised of the importance of the mission. In the end, it failed to accomplish the goals they wanted...i.e. end the war right then....but it was the beginning of the end for the war.....the tide turned and the VC started winning proving search and destroy policy of USA was disaster....that the war was like fighting a mean bad ass dog in his own back yard....even though you were the bigger bully like the US govt...
They were told " Crack The Sky, Shake The Earth" that was the rallying cry.....
We will now use the phrase to motivate us to new heights.....our goal is
1. Get ready get moving get loose
2. Start working on our fundamentals review and practice them over and over
3 Get in shape to play 8 quarters....specific exercises
4 long bike rides during the heat builds stamina character...and you see cool things
5 In August we work in shorts 1 week then its hitting time
6 Dominate our opponents we scrimmage
7 Dominate our opponents at the Jamboree
8 One game at a time dominate 8 weeks game at a time
9 win division be 1 seed
10 win 3 games week at a time dominate 1 game at a time
11 Play in SB dominate punish hurt people
going for 6 of last 8
Play Apocalypse Now Football
"Crack the Sky, Shake the Earth"!!

### What led to UM offensive lineman Hunter Knighton losing consciousness earlier this month? According to multiple people, he had been sick for a few days, hadn’t eaten much and tried to participate in the U-tough training program before collapsing. It was very scary, “touch and go” for a few days, but he’s now out of the hospital and doing well.
### UM is no longer pursuing four-star football/basketball standout Derrick Griffin, who couldn’t make it academically.

UMike that's interesting about SBB. I dont follow recruiting until its almost signing day but I am quite sure the Golden and staff will do their best to get the FLL product too come down to its twin sister city and play for our MIA Canes!
Posted by: Terrance Sullivan | March 16, 2014 at 01:30 PM
I don't like any of the above. We need an outsider with a new perspective. No one from the current staff will suffice IMHO. We should go after Vandy's manager, Tim Corbin.
