D@mn! Are all you black guys related down in the 305? Ha ha!

If it felt like those guys were at The U 8 years, then Kyle Wright was at The U for like 20 years. That dude is drawing Social Security from The U.

The Dude

Who were the top 5 players of the Randy Shannon era?

Top 5 Al Golden Era:
1. Duke
2. Perryman
3. Dorsett
4. Coley
5. Linder

I was thinking and saying McCord to SLB since I heard about the news.

I hope its WLB - Armbrister MLB - Perryman SLB - McCord with Grace, Kirby, Owens and Young spelling them.

dont forget the 10 years of carlos huerta

SOUP

I think Huerta got like 12 years?

He kicked from 1987 until 1999, right?

LOL

SOUP

Of course his birth certificate was questionable?

The Dude

Shannon Era
1. Allen Bailey
2. Sean Spence
3. Travis Benjamin
4. Javarris James
5. C-Mac

The Dude

Had trouble thinking of who the 5th guy should have been.

CaneRock

Gotta put Gayot in the LB mix also, I've heard some good things about em'. And maybe Hester, if not now, I think He eventually grows into a LB.

The Dude

He could CR, but I think Al would be pissed if either of those guys grow into LBs, he'd have no young safeties.

Leonard Hankerson.

The Dude

Thanks CR. Hank is #3 and everyone else moves down a spot. I knew someone was getting left out.

VA Cane

Soup, I am like you struggling, but I have a little extra and I am going to send you a contribution. It wont be a million, but as much as you have done for me, I owe you brother. you are a good man and I appreciate you and Mrs Soup and all you do. God Bless this space and all of my family on here. We might disagree at times, but each of you are specxial to me...you are family!!!!!!

Olivier Vernon...I think Cooper would've had a good Sr season, if He didn't hurt His knee in the Citrus Hole.

The Dude

Top 5 Larry Coker:

1. Ken Dorsey
2. Sean Taylor
3. Andre Johnson
4. Vince Wilfork
3. Jon Vilma

The Dude

I don't think Vernon was top 5. Coop was certainly dynamic and a top 5 fan favorite. For it to be a player in that coaches era, I think they need to haave played at least 2 years under that coach. Next its about performance at The U, not the NFL.

The Dude

Butch,

1. Edge
2. Dan Morgan
3. Dorsey
4. Santana Moss
5. Ed Reed

The Dude

Just going off the top of my head here, nothing concrete. Agree, disagree, discuss, lol.

The Dude

By my own logic, Coley shouldn't be on Al's list so I'll take him off the list and add Flowers into the 5 spot.

Apparently U know what THIS Space means to me and what I know and what I feel. We ARE a family, through ALL of the good and bad. It doesn't take a MILLION only a kind heart and a small donation to keep the DREAM and blog alive!

TD...not only do I think He'll grow out the position, I think He'll get recruited out the position. And as it stands, I think Carter has a hold at the SS spot, and then you have Crawford,Bush, & Jenkins at the other S spots.

SOUP

FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE SENDING IN YOUR PHOTOS:

U ROCK!!!

TonyCane

So Lebron goes to Cleveland, Bosh to Houston...what is the path forward for Riley?
He'll have a tremendous amount of cap space...does he sign a slew of free agents to one year deals and try again next year?

One thing that really stings is that Cleveland has Miami's first rounder next year. If the Heat collapse, Cleveland might wind up with their fourth Number One overall in five years.

The Dude

We shall see my friend, but I think those boys are staying put. Wouldn't mind seeing them play LB on throwing downs.

The Dude

The next play is throw money at Melo TC.

SOUP

HERE IT IS AGAIN: I need your BEST Canes gear and Canes location photos.

If you got married and threw up the U I need it (PBFR13).

If U went to Disney and threw up the U I need it.

If U got Canes gear, cars, women, kids, pets or whatever I need it!

Email to: canespace86@aol.com

The winner gets 2 FREE tickets and a parking pass to a UM football game this season!!!

SOUP

ColdCane...U are good to go!

Terrance Sullivan

Soup I will send U my donation next week my friend.

Terrance Sullivan

Soup If U need any additional photos that U don't already have I will be happy to send them to U brotha.

HawaiiCane

Laquinton... you can add Carlos Huerta to that list!

UMike

SOUP, I will send some tomorrow.. I got an ATL cop throwing up the U at the GT game lol

Go Canes

Mike James should be in Randy's top 5 IMO.

Kid was all Cane

We may have murder free day in Chicago

Born and raised in the south side of Chicago. Truly sad everytime I read the paper online. Just down right sad.. That's why I moved to Washington even though even out here I lost a cousin and uncle to gun violence it's tough as nails

Very sad and violent in Chitown so many innocent people dying.

The Richard Daley machine and all its cronyism over decades, the absolute slavery to the unions,
the worst financially run state in the union, and now a mayor who has no clue have not helped.

An armed citizenry helps prevent government tyranny and preserve the rights of the people.

An armed public housing section, armed ghettos, with drug dealers and gang bangers as the soldiers will destroy the people period.

-----------------------------------------------
First round traded picks are usually lottery protected. Meaning if the Heat were to collapse and have a lottery pick, Cavs would not get it. Cavs would only get it if the Heats pick was outside the lottery slots.

Ig LeBron chooses Cle, I am sure a trade can be worked out so he is able to get the max and the Heat would get something in return.

UMike

30... you are correct... they only get it if the pick is 11th on. And as of right now Cleveland doesnt even have the room or money to give him the max, so you are correct, there would most likely be a sign and trade deal. Riley wont be left empty handed.

(Illinois) the worst financially run state in the union,

No, that would be Michigan, followed by California.

The "Law" part of the Real Estate class is HARD.

That is all.

Posted by: SOUP | July 10, 2014 at 05:32 PM

My Property class in law school, 1L year, was ONLY real property -- no personal property, no intellectual property, just every complicated doctrine on Earth related to the ownership of land. Such a grind...

Top 5 Larry Coker:

1. Ken Dorsey
2. Sean Taylor
3. Andre Johnson

Either Dorsey or Vilma has to give way to Clinton Portis. Admittedly, Portis could go to Butch's list (in which case Dorsey or Morgan would have to yield), but he won the title under Coker.

Portis is a Top 10 'Cane of All Time, in my opinion.

A couple of years ago, I'd say California edged Illinois. But our legislature and governor have really improved quite a bit recently. California's financial problems, though, are related to its government-by-referendum problems -- and thus can always recur with little warning and great severity.

Cane Country

Great stuff. I posted more insight on miamicanecountry.blogspot.com. 3 main issues: can the defense improve, will we find a reliable quarterback, and will the majority of the team be better individually than they were last year.

SinisterCane

Where do I submit donations...PayPal?

UMike

Sinister, please email canespace86@aol.com for info.. I do not believe a PayPal has been set up, but SOUP will get back with you with the info.

Soup, u may be right, carlos huerta was there for 12 years, does he have any eligibilty left? We could use him,,,

Here's the thing, I knew a LOT about Real Estate before even taking the class. But I had no idea they wanted to turn us into Real Estate Lawyers instead of Sales Associates.

The Principles and Practices section I already knew about 80% of. The Law part only about 20% of! The Math part comes next week, then the test. Pray for me? LOL
