#5THINGS
1. Duke Johnson needs just 34 more yards to become Miami’s all-time career leading rusher.
2. Johnson has out rushed Miami’s opponents by a 806-502 count in the last five games.
3. Miami owns a 5-1 record at home this season has outscored its opponents 232-121 in six home games.
4. Senior linebacker Denzel Perryman tied a career high last week at Virginia with 15 tackles.
5. Tight end Clive Walford is one of just two tight ends in the ACC to lead his team in receptions.
We recommend that the Hurricanes finish STRONG.
That or their head coach may NOT be here for long.
Its on Twitter it must be true!!! Lol

Its obvious that some.of the d line took the nite off
Posted by: miamicane | November 29, 2014 at 10:40 PM
Wow. Not only did we lose consecutive games to teams with a losing record, but UM is dead last in the Coastal.

Biggest issue is that we have run out of steam well before the end of the season. It happened 7 games into the season last year, 9 games this year.
We have no depth. That's on the coaches at this point.

Amari Cooper going off. Thanks, Randy.

On twitter reports that they are fighting in the locker room.... smh. 6-6 just wow
Posted by: laquinton | November 29, 2014 at 10:41 PM
Also, leave the quotes out if you are going to use "close enough" As it's contradictory. Just like all of your lame ass recruiting posts. Clueless.

Golden has to go. It's unfortunate because I like the guy. He's has enough time. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Shame.

I hope the bowl game is not at night.

Problem with firing golden this yr is we would be 3rd choice at best with UF and Michigan in the market for new leadership. We'd get table scraps which is what golden is... We are stuck.
Posted by: BEERicane | November 29, 2014 at 09:28 PM
I agree 100% BEERicane... Sad, but true.
Posted by: roachcane77 | November 29, 2014 at 10:45 PM
Keep it classy, Beer. Glad to know Ya.

Now there are reports about fights in the locker room.
Woof.

"Erick Falero
@ErickFalero
Sources tell me, fights are happening in the UM locker room."

That ship has sailed, USC beat ND 49-14 with 55 players.
Posted by: CaneRock | November 29, 2014 at 10:47 PM
3rd choice is better than what we have now.
Posted by: CaneRock | November 29, 2014 at 10:48 PM
We are just soft overall as a team, but especially on D- like DL and Dno's waists. Someone needs to fire that special teams coach. Been horrible for last 4yrs.
I hate myself for loving U
Posted by: Canezitis | November 29, 2014 at 10:48 PM
Would it be wrong to hope that the fights are between players and coaches?

Buenas noches, compadres. I'm out.
Posted by: VfB_Cane | November 29, 2014 at 10:52 PM
We'd still get Chud or schianno. You can bet harbough gets first dibs with Michigan, but have no idea who'd take the UF job.
Posted by: Canezitis | November 29, 2014 at 10:52 PM
Do you think the fight started because the bootlickers in the locker room tried to tell the haters to trust the process?

We wouldn't be in the market for the same coaches those teams are. Their coaching searches won't impact us

We have a Billion dollar endowment... Let's USE IT!
Posted by: roachcane77 | November 29, 2014 at 10:54 PM
That's where we are rc77. Next guy has to be an actual homerun.
Posted by: The Dude | November 29, 2014 at 10:54 PM
This appears to be the meltdown needed to trigger a coaching change. Real interested to see if the admin cares or if Miami football is dead.
Posted by: 1mg of Epi | November 29, 2014 at 10:55 PM
The Golden None. We made a bad hire. Now fix it. If not, don't re-purchase season tickets. Simple.
Posted by: Axiom | November 29, 2014 at 10:56 PM
Crazy to think how bad we are with all the talent on O and the solid amount of talent we have on D. Duke and Perryman might get numbers on the ring one day.
Posted by: The Dude | November 29, 2014 at 10:56 PM
Oh well... I'm feeling done...
I get all psyched about change, and I know damn well there will be no change...

Duke for SURE BETTER GET put on the ring!
Posted by: roachcane77 | November 29, 2014 at 10:59 PM
Didnt even touch their qb..just terrible

#FireAlGolden is or was trending.
Posted by: LB | November 29, 2014 at 11:03 PM
Who is the bigger pussy? AG coached team or the UM brass?
Posted by: Axiom | November 29, 2014 at 11:06 PM
Duke may have to wait for a real AD to get put on the ring. This one seriously doesn't want to hold his coach accountable in any way.
Posted by: SJMPARMAN | November 29, 2014 at 11:07 PM
We just lost consecutive games against VA and Pitt with 10 NFL players. 10!!!!!!!!!!!! Think about that for a sec.
Posted by: SJMPARMAN | November 29, 2014 at 11:12 PM
I type this knowing I maybe banned for it but if UM doesn't fire AL Golden for 6-6 or 6-7 then their racist
Posted by: SinisterCane | November 29, 2014 at 11:12 PM
Remember how I said I'd fire Al after the Pitt game? Lol. I would first thing in the morning and would hire Butch on Friday. All coaches can stay on or quit in the next 2 weeks. Coley interim HC.
Posted by: The Dude | November 29, 2014 at 11:13 PM
If Al Golden could coach as well as he talks, we might have something. But we don't. It is what it is.
Posted by: SJMPARMAN | November 29, 2014 at 11:14 PM
Posted by: SinisterCane | November 29, 2014 at 11:12 PM
I don't think it makes them racist because Randy wasn't fired simply over Ws and Ls. It does however leave them a little open to that criticism.
Posted by: The Dude | November 29, 2014 at 11:16 PM
Sinister...
They're***
:-)
Posted by: Ohio_Cane | November 29, 2014 at 11:16 PM
Sinister why would that get u banned? Valid question
Posted by: 1mg of Epi | November 29, 2014 at 11:17 PM
Saban owes that twit Kiffin for this game.

Grammar police are out there folks.
Posted by: The Dude | November 29, 2014 at 11:18 PM
It's tough watching two "well coached" teams in Bama and Auburn...
#1) They have good talent, and #2) they have DEVELOPED THEM, and put them in positions to win.
The difference between US and THEM is, we've got #1), but absolutely NO #2)...
Posted by: roachcane77 | November 29, 2014 at 11:19 PM
How about Lane Kiffin? He runs his mouth like the old Canes, lol.
