Posted by: Go Canes | August 30, 2015 at 10:10 PM
@ByTimReynolds: Now, some good news (maybe) for Canes fans: Told tonight that Mark Walton "was one of the best players on the field" in 2nd camp scrimmage.
@Manny_Navarro: Wouldn't worry too much about Gus Edwards being out for the year. Would be more worried about that young OL protecting Kaaya #UM
@DavidFurones90: Tough blow for #Canes with Gus Edwards out for season but Joe Yearby, Mark Walton and Trayone Gray will have them just fine at RB.

@ChristyChirinos: On specials: P Justin Vogel, K Michael Badgley, KO Jon Semerene, PR Braxton Berrios, KR Stacy Coley

Does it end our season? No. Does it hurt? Yes it does.

Sad news about Gus......you can never have enough running backs. But like someone already said, next beast up.
Elliot.....it all depends on what you currently have. I have a MAC and just stream to my apple TV. However, you may not get a crisp picture. If you can run a HDMI cable from laptop to TV, that should work.
Posted by: raizecane | August 30, 2015 at 11:17 PM
It's interesting that the depth chart was released about the same time the pics came out.
Misdirection?
Get well soon Gus and Go Canes!

OMFG 99% OF TEAMS GETTING READY FOR THE SEASON AND OUR TEAM IS TAKING PICS HOLDING EACH OTHER AND BENT OVER LOOKING BACK??! WTF IS GOING ON WITH MIAMI?? WOULD LOVE TO HEAR WHAT THE OLD SCHOOL CANES THINK OF THIS

S.Coley at slot is interesting.

Depth Chart release and 4-3 defense is not listed lol
Posted by: SinisterCane | August 30, 2015 at 11:39 PM
I am a 12%er, but that sinking feeling in my gut is returning for another year. Gus out is not good. Joe and Mark are good RBs, but can they last all year with our schedule, and O-Line.
Posted by: MDCane | August 30, 2015 at 11:40 PM
Lamar Miller will be an All-Pro. Defense is nasty, but the Offense is not consistent.
Posted by: MDCane | August 30, 2015 at 11:58 PM
Where's the Fire and Rescue Squad??? The signal is already up in da sky!
Posted by: WWIN | August 31, 2015 at 12:00 AM
The only things I give a crap about is the team winning, kick arse tailgates with the Canesspace FAM, and organizing the Cheerleaders, Sensations, to party with us all night long. Wooooo!

Sunsations damn Autocorrect.

Oye ve! Those pics are horrible. Who's our PR guy? He should be fired! Not exactly installing confidence in the fan base or fear into your opponent with those unless they're afraid you're gonna grab their a$$ or junk when they're in the pile. Lol

IMO it hurts the depth obviously, but we have more than enough talent to be ok if they remain healthy. If another gets hurt, look for Crawford to be moved again.

@mattyports: My thoughts on the Hurricanes' season-opening depth chart, which was released Sunday night: http://t.co/80RXfSoEdX http://t.co/oYT3peN3Qb

@mattyports: One source close to UM program said they were surprised NT Kendrick Norton wasn't starting. "He's nasty. Blows people up."

Coach Golden on Joe Rose Show now.

Can't believe its actually game week!!
Posted by: UMike | August 31, 2015 at 06:34 AM
@mattyports: Al Golden on WQAM: Found out about severity Edwards injury Saturday night. Mentioned Yearby, Walton, Gray and Tucker as contenders to start.
@mattyports: Golden: "We feel good about that group." Said UM won't switch another player (such as Dallas Crawford) to offense.
@mattyports: Potentially the best, deepest team you've had? Golden: we're at 80 scholarships, now 79 w/ Edwards injury. Last year, started at @mattyports: Golden: "I know everyone wants the depth chart, depth chart, depth chart ... We're far from settled in. It's going to keep evolving."
