I don't have a fear of losing everyone, just wondering why we only have 2 DBs committed at this point. Recruiting that position has been like pulling teeth lately, that position should've been wrapped up.
That's my only gripe with the current recruiting, love the way this class is starting to shape up.

And this kid wants to play WR for the Tide?
CFB Film Room: Excluding throw aways, Alabama QB Jalen Hurts was 4-12 on pass attempts that traveled past the line of scrimmage in SEC Championship Game

I think Miami has 4 dbs committed.

Mel Kiper of ESPN just told me on teleconference that @CanesFootball QB Brad Kayya is 3rd-round, maybe 2nd-round if he comes out early.

Kiper also told me on national teleconference that TE David Njoku would do well by coming back to UM.

If U believe DeeJay Dallas is going to play DB, yes, we have 4 committed. 2 safeties and 2 CBs

You can go to the game, but you will to wear your U gear. Including that 20 year old hat of yours.

Agreed! You should go to the game 1) because your daughter wants you to and 2) you have no emotion tied to the game. If FSU wins, the ACC looks good. If they lose, you are still happy ;D

Not only that, he will do more blocking than receiving

What else would he play as but a S? I dont think he's got the gear for WR or size for RB.

I hate to make the comparison, but Dallas could be a lot loke Ed Reed.
Posted by: The Dude | December 08, 2016 at 02:35 PM
Dallas after an int heading the other way will be a killer. Bandy will stick all over the other team's best guy. They'll both play next year I think which is kinf of a shame because they could both use a RS.

Speaking of Ed Reed, he's a coach for the Bills now.

He could absolutely be a WR. And if he's a DB, it's CB, not S.

I've seen tape on him. He is elusive and hard to hit, but nothing I said was wrong. Not thick enough to be a RB, speed not elite enough for WR or CB. His best NFL spot is FS and maybe some PR. His top end is fast enough, but he doesnt get there in an instant.

Miami QB committ Perry is now a 4* on Rivals.
Posted by: The Dude | December 08, 2016 at 04:45 PM
I didn't say U were wrong. I said he's a CB or WR, not a S. Just my opinion and I'm pretty sure he said on one of Ariz's podcasts that he may do both. I just don't see him as a S. Maybe he will be, though.

Miami's recruiting class is now ranked #9 by Rivals, but to me its missing some bigger names. If Miami can land McFarland, both the OL and a 4* WR, I'd consider that a huge victory.

More power to him to come in and try out where he wants to. I think he'll settle into JaQuan Johnson's spot in time.

^^ That's actually exactly what I'm expecting, Dude. Plus one or 3 more kids

This is a no brainer for FAU. They won't find a better candidate. Very much hope Scott gets it, he's a class act and a fine coach.
Feldman: Am told #Vols asst Larry Scott, the former #Miami interim HC, is a solid candidate for the #FAU coaching vacancy.

The Canes are still a -3 point favorite in the Russell Athletics Bowl. Several websites, including ESPN, are picking the Canes in this game. CMR acknowledges the opportunity he has to win this game and carry that momentum through recruiting season and into next season
