Ten Long Years

It has been ten long years since the University of Miami had won a bowl game.

The bowl win drought at Miami lasted longer than three U.S. Presidencies. 

But that long drought is over and your Miami Hurricanes are winners once again.

Now it is time to crank the FUN dial to 10 and celebrate like the good old days.

Just breathe deep and relax Canes fans. Enjoy the victory for once in a while.

We are now grilling and chilling with the ACC title next up on the wish list.

Even if doesn't get better BK is still the best QB on the roster. If used correctly he'd take us further than anyone he else. We don't want him gone.

the real stuff is hard to come by; ya gotta know someone. It has no labels...and you take silver spoon, and light the liquid to observe the purity of the drink. Orange flame is muy malo, light blue to white es muy bueno. Watch that stuff...one only wants to drink the good stuff. When I get it from John Burris....from a family that has been in franklin County for centuries....it is in a nice, unique botle...however I have seen it in gallon jugs...either way...it is the best!!!!

As someone who lived in Eastern Tennessee, I second VA Cane. Store bought with a label ain't moonshine. Half the time, it ain't even in bottles. Jars is cheaper. And if you ain't questioning your sanity before taking a sip, you playing with a pea shooter instead of a 44 magnum.

SEC tops off a horrible week of bowls with Arkansas somehow blowing a 24-0 lead to Va Tech and ends up losing by double digits.

They're now 1-4 in bowls with their only win coming when Miss St blocked a potential game winning field goal to beat under .500 mid major miami of Ohio.

ACC is now 5-1. Pitt has the only loss but was leading when they lost their starting QB and James Conner to injury early in the 3rd quarter.

SEC is now 16-27 against the ACC heads up over the last three years.

This is true. Shine is simply any liquor bought/sold upon which no tax has been paid. There is no particular liquor style or ingredient base which constitutes moonshine

SEC will continue to get weaker and weaker overall as Alabama draws in all of the elite talent. Why go to UF, Tenn, LSU ect when you know that there is no chance that your team can beat the Crimson Tide.

When the media stops promoting them. It started this year, though, as they promoted the Big 10 as the best conference with the ACC up there a bit too.

I think there was a period when LSU, UF, UGA and Bama were really among the elite programs out there year in and out.

But all the SEC has done lately is throw money at their problems without really getting anything worthwhile in return.

Outside of Bama the rest of that conference is now average to bad, though LSU hiring the OC from Pitt to go with their current DC can elevate them in a hurry.

Dont think there is an SEC team out there besides the Tide we wouldn't give all they can handle.

Washington over Bama. OSU over Clemson. Washington wins.

I honestly don't believe Bama is nearly as strong as the media thinks they are. Best win is vs a lost USC team before they gained their footing. The rest of their schedule has been incredibly weak. If UW gets a lead, I'm not sure Bama can play from behind. They may beat UW, but I don't think they can beat a solid squad coming out of the other game, especially if it's Urban.

Well for bama the rich keep getting richer, as they have 6 five star players verballed for next year. The problem with the sec is that it lacks elite qb play. Think about it, your so called good teams like auburn, Lsu, Flo all have qb issues and aside from the Eason kid at Georgia don't have elite qb prospects plus they sum trying to throw the football. U have to take the good with the bad when u run the spread. Most of those qb's are not good passers, although running qb's are what gives bama the most problem.
