This former Arizona Cardinals scout is in his fourth year as the Director of Operations for the University of Miami football program. In his current role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Miami football team with other responsibilities including team travel, staff coordination and budget control.
Prior to joining the Hurricanes’ staff, he spent the previous seven years with the Arizona Cardinals and was the organization’s east coast scout for the last four years. He joined the organization in June 2005 as its northeast scout.
Prior to his jump to the NFL, this UM football staffer served as the Director of Football Operations at Connecticut from 2000-2005 under current Maryland Terrapins head coach Randy Edsall.
While at UConn, he was responsible for coordinating team travel, pre-season camp and player housing. He also designed and implemented a recruiting evaluation system, while coordinating clinics and recruiting visits.
Before being named Director of Football Operations at UConn, he was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Huskies from March 1999 to May 2000. During his six-year tenure in Storrs, Conn., he directed the Randy Edsall Football Camp; he organized and administered housing, budgeting and scheduling for the camp, while also hiring and assigning camp staff.
A native of Canton, Ohio, this UM football staffer graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management. Following graduation, he spent eight months as a graduate assistant at Ball State.

Like I said, if you don't like the scholarship your signing feel free not to sign and try to make the NFL on your own.
