Sinister, yeah he might have started to lose the fanbase in Year 3 but it will take five more years for Miami to move on from him. You can’t discount how much goodwill he’s bought with the administration with his $1M donation.
Me being very unsatisfied aside, here’s what needs to happen. Richt needs to ride Perry or Williams the rest of the wAy. Or hell, Rozier. Best QB plays. He needs to win out and beat Clemson. Its the only way we ge momentum. Otherwise we settle into a good bit not elite program. Programs are built on hope, and right now there’s not much.

Maybe Berri maybe....my kids as kids are bettered coached as players than MR but as much as i love UM..my kids really contributed to the win.....they beat your DTs up...and they made it happen...guess that means i am a much greater coach than CMR.....better players better coached....I Raise The Banner...FIRE CMR...great man sucks as coach...too old too fat screw his diving....game has passed him by...cannot be a run run run punt guy....he is just like Clappy Onion GoldPa/BerriPa ...got to go...not the answer!!!!!!!!!!!

Butch was too old and he has not done anything rite since he let Miami. He wins if he recruits at an elite level. That takes about three to four years. He’s as old as Saban. And he is not Nick Saban. Second acts never work in college. Not at a NC level.
Honestly, we needed a Tom Hartman type. We went for Richt. My fear is that this is as good as it gets.

VA, Clappy had a better offensive coaching staff. Richt is a better recruiter, but worse offensive coach. Heck, at this point I think that Pat Nix was a better offensive coordinator. At least his horrid offense had more than two plays. And it pains me to say it.

Again, I’m okay with the onside and would have been upset if he didn’t do it. It gives your team an extra chance at a possession, and due to the penalty Virginia would be out of field goal range. Of course, Miami’s intrepid special teams had to give up 30 yards on the recovery (something that almost never happens). And then the selfish Obenego costs his team a chance at victory. We know what saban or JJ would do to a player like that.

This is CMRs worst loss here by far. There’s no comparison to the Pitt game.
At Pitt they were jacked and played a hell of a game
UVA was horrible and begged us to get out of there with a win and we absolutely refused. We spent the entire night mking inconceivable mistakes while running an offense that a pee wee football coach would be embarrassed to call.
Pulling Perry was a cataclysmic mistake and that offensive line is putrid.
CMR needs to take a long look at himself because Thai one was completely inexcusable.

There are teams that score points with bad throwers.
Offense always looks lost.
No matter the qb.
I have played ALOT of football.
I have watched ALOT of football.
There are game plans to help bad throwers and young green horns.
We don’t do the things you see teams with an struggles do.
Inexperienced freshman? Run into the brick wall and throw it up for grabs.
45% thrower? Run into brick wall and throw it up for grabs.
Qb got cement shoes? Leave him in the pocket with slow developing routes and poor ol play.
The shit is rolling downhill.
We look the way we are coached.
