I ain't gonna lie. This season has been a nightmare.

The University of Miami football team is one of the worst teams in college football from every aspect of statistical evaluation and critical analysis.

There I said it. And you know that it is true so I am not taking it back.

But don't believe me look at our record and the statistics.

Miami got shut out in their bowl game. After weeks to prepare.

There is no sugar coating it or saying that maybe it is debateable.

There is no argument that another year or two will get it done.

We absolutely suck. And you know it so there it is as a final statement.

The Athletic Director who hired Manny Diaz MUST be fired.

Manny Diaz MUST be fired.

Anything less than that will not be acceptable.

Ain't gonna lie, this failure has to stop and it has to stop now!

Winning over the alumni base, former players and coaches is an important task of any first-year head coach at a college football program. It appears that Miami’s Manny Diaz is off to an excellent start in that category.

The Miami Hurricanes teams under Jimmy Johnson are some of the most memorable in the sport. And the Hall of Fame coach likes what he sees so far out of Diaz, who replaced Mark Richt after a post-season retirement announcement.

“I am really excited about Manny,” Johnson said to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald. “He knows the history of Miami. We talked for hours (Tuesday) night about our approach and he talked about how his defensive style mirrors our defensive style when I was at Miami. I don’t like his energy. I love his energy. He knows (New England Patriots coach Bill) Belichick and I are close. He went and visited with Belichick (last offseason). He is visiting with other successful coaches and getting (input) on ways to do things.

“Like most young rising coaches, he’s hungry for information. He’s hungry to learn and that’s the thing that impressed me as much as anything else is he’s going out and visiting pro teams and visiting other successful coaches.”

The Hall of Fame coach met with Diaz and staff earlier this week, and took to Twitter with more positive reactions to the new boss of the Miami Hurricanes.

"Great time with Manny Diaz and his staff tonight," Johnson wrote in a social media post. "Best I have felt about the U in a long time."

in our last two bowl games we have scored 3 points and given up 49.

when your getting beat 24.5 to 1.5 a game maybe think over going to bowls until you grow a pair.

Mack Brown hires new OCs in 2012 and 2014. It didn’t work. The pr Glen was bigger than a coordinator position.

What I will say is the same as I’ve said before - once a program regresses it can be difficult to come back. Texas has all of the advantages of an Alabama, yet Miami actually has a better record this decade than they do.
Look at USC...their last truly good year was 2008. It’s been 11 years for them. Tennessee is nowhere close to being back.

It’s not an easy thing to get right.

Our football team lacks a strong Miami centric culture.
So, next season you should wear a gaudy gold chain on the sidelines on game days (kinda like the head coach at U of Hawaii, who always wears a flowered lei).

Miami opens the season and loses a close one to UF.

Mullin (a HC we rejected) has UF in the Orange Bowl, and has his SEC team about to win ten games in a season AGAIN!

CMD (a Coach Blake James coveted and paid Temple $4million) has our Canes 6-7, and we were shut out in a bowl game by La Tech!

Two teams went in totally opposite directions—Coaching obviously matters!

Also, at least CMD had the nuts to let Enos go after 1 year. Golden coudlnt do it to D'no and Richt couldn't change neither. Everyone one of us and every "expert" thought Enos was a great hire at the time.

I didn't watch the game, but I saw the highlights...We looked SOFT on a lot of plays in the film I saw. The DBs aren't tough to me AT ALL!! Some of the big plays came from PU$$Y tackling or lack there of from the back end. You guys out too much ONUS on coaching. How did Coker win all those games then flake like he didn't know what the hell he was doing? Uhhhh he had dogs that HUNT! These guys are not killers and have no killer instinct. These guys are pretenders, looking to flash the turnover chain and rings. I think Manny should put that Shi+ in a display and not bring it back until these guys really play to DOMINATE and WIN.

Need a recruiter that"s a go getter. Plenty of guys have good resumes but I like Yost. Dude looks like a surfer but don't know how he come off in the hood recruiting wise or at some prep school. Throw some corn rows in and he'll fit right in.
Bandy, dude played tough to be small but he too didn't have no great year. Understand his circumstances, so wish him well and to what I have been bashing Manure about and probably why Rumph will be gone, we have 5 total corners and Clarke mainly played WR., so really we have 4. Blades needs to play safety so really we have 3. The Portal has made Manny and clueless wonders lazy and picky to a point, where they wait to long to offer kids. Any talent at all in Florida, us FSU and Flo. Should be the first ones to offer but it seems we are always dragging in late.

2 four stars and wasn't Martel a five star and we have a 4 star coming. U can't tell me all these guys are dogs. Yeah, yeah I saw the same things u guys saw but having Richt's son and the way over rated smartest guy In the room Enos has not helped our qb's. Running schemes that aren't none of them are good at. Throw in the tudes the coaches have had to deal with, well it was just plain awful. Being multiple means u better be pretty smart, which none are. Running a little bit of this and that would suck for a qb. Stick to one system and perfect it. We perfected nothing. That's what they have cliff notes for.
