Have you heard from Fran in Debary? Take care everyone!

Posted by: CGNC | June 22, 2020 at 02:19 PM

I spoke to Fran. He was being released from the hospital on Sunday after recovering from a fall. He sent me his email address to keep in touch and of course I have his phone number.

Solar is taking a self imposed temporary leave or hiatus from the blog as he stated when checking out. If we have a football season he will be back.

CGNC

LOL never mind, I forgot the newest posts are on top

CGNC

Are the posts being monitored?

CGNC

Nice read 86! What happened to Solar? Have you heard from Fran in Debary? Take care everyone!

AeroCane

Roach, it’s terrible
Be well my canespace friends

On another note: great news as it means he’s trying to take his game to the next level

I'm REALLY starting to worry about the season too, Harry.

Looks like this virus is NOT going to go away soon... We're NOT even done with the FIRST wave, and these NEW numbers coming out this past week are scary.

🤞🏼

Let's Go CANES!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Harry Miller

Thanks Terrance & aeroCane I also hope our cane family had a great Fathers day wish them a safe future.
I hope what I am hearing that the season may be delayed is not true. I know some of you know more then I do and pass it on. I want to see this offense in action really bad.

AeroCane

Thx Terrance
And I Hope all the fathers in canespace land had a great day and were covid safe!

Terrance Sullivan

Happy Fathers Day Canesspace Family!

No flags of any kind
No National Anthem
No school song
No monuments on campus
No dorm names only numbered dorms.
No history classes
No logos on helmets. All uniforms have to be like Penn St's.
No mascots
No school fight song
Alluni
That should cover about everything that we are heading towards.

I see what you did there! LOL

This could get interesting... I see those good ole boys in MS clinging to their racist "heritage" until the bitter end... 😵 However, once they see how much revenue will be lost, they'll probably whistle a different tune, (and it won't be Dixie.)😙

SEC flexing its muscles

The Southeastern Conference is calling for the state of Mississippi to change its flag saying it wants student-athletes to be able to compete in an inclusive environment.

“It is past time for change to be made to the flag of the State of Mississippi. Our students deserve an opportunity to learn and compete in environment that are inclusive and welcoming to all," Southeastern Conference Commissioner Greg Sankey said in a statement.

“In the event there is no change, there will be consideration of precluding Southeastern Conference championship events from being conducted in the State of Mississippi until the state flag is changed," the statement added.

We will see how much Reed means to William's or will the bags win out. Chance of a life time to work with one of the best. More money to be made here than in Georgia.
Taylor and William's would jolt this class, like no other duo in the last 15 or so years. Taylor is the must get.

What’s going on with Jake Garcia?

Posted by: AfriCane | June 18, 2020 at 01:54 PM

Not to worry. Herb has him locked in his basement in NC. So he is a "lock" to Miami.

58 Straight

Deer antler spray will be applied to his ballot totals due to that and he'll be the lock when he should be the one sweating it out the most.

Just got my new bottle of deer antler spray I ordered three weeks ago. Thanks OGV for the hookup!

AeroCane

Interesting
5 star athlete James williams has us and UGA as his 2 he’s choosing from
Eliminated Clemson and Bama
Manny trying to sell him on being coached up by Ed Reed, but williams said he is talking to the Uga coaches daily and then said he spoke with manny about 3 days ago (however, maybe a UM assistant speaks with him daily)

Forgot Kinchins

TheWordFromTheHerb

If they think Moises is that good take him. From what I've read, he's better on Oh than Dee but they were recruiting him for defense. There is still alot of good players that we can hook of course half of those guys would wait and see how our season goes. Might be an easier take if Collins makes up his mind if he is going to stay or go to his first love Flo.
Players that are still in play for us just off the top of The Herb's noggin are:
Taylor
Nabors
Alexis
Brown
Ishmael
Davis
Collier
Marshall
Arnold
William's
There is also a RB but I can't remember his name that is in the backyard.
These are just the top dogs and not even mentioning Garcia, not counting plan B's.
If Moises has the chance to be above average take him other wise I'd pass.

TonyCane

Here’s a provocative question...who would you put into the College Football Hall of Infamy?

TonyCane

Nice on Arroyo. Word is that Willie Moises might be in during July or August. We would have to count him against the 2021 class - and he would be our second take against that classes 25 person limit following Jarrin Williams.
Space is getting tighter.

AeroCane

We are pushing hard to get him to de commit from usc and switch to us

In other news ...

The University of Florida will no longer play its “Gator Bait” cheer at football games or other sporting events because of the “horrific historic racist imagery associated with the phrase,” UF president Kent Fuchs announced Thursday.

roachcane77

ALL THREE should be first ballot! Period.

(They WON'T, of course, but they SHOULD BE!)

🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

orange 'n green in the vein

Morgan should be in as a lock, he'll have the toughest time getting the votes though.

Dorsey probably should be in, will get there eventually, and if he hadn't been robbed by Eric Crouch of his rightful Heisman or the Porter flag stopping his second title win, would have been a virtual lock.

Lewis is a more than worthy addition but should only be in if Barrow is already a College HOF member and of the three up for induction has the weakest college case but will enjoy the advantage of being an all-time-great generational NFL player at his position. Deer antler spray will be applied to his ballot totals due to that and he'll be the lock when he should be the one sweating it out the most.

Herbiezibis

Dam straight, they all should be in but sadly they won't on this ballot. Of the 3 Morgan or Dorsey on this ballot. Eventually all 3 will be in. We all know Lewis had the better pro career but in the Herb's humble opinion Morgan had the better college career.

AeroCane

Miami commitment

Frisco (Texas) Independence tight end Elijah Arroyo was the biggest riser. The Lone Star State product jumped nearly 250 slots and into the Top247 and is now pegged as the No. 124 player, the No. 3 tight end in the nation and the highest rated player in the Hurricanes class. His grade also went from an 89 to a 93

AeroCane

All 3 should be in it!

I really hope that this blog never stops. Just look at all the information you can find out in just one
