alpine

and now back to our regularly scheduled program . . .

THE NEXT TRANCHE OF MICROSCOPE-SCRUTINOUSNESS RE DEEPLY ENCODIFIED 86/58 MEANING:

we already established, that 58 + 86 = the mystical 144; two revelations have already been revealed . . . time for (drum roll . . .):

alpine

3- 144 is the measurement in cubits (aka "QBs") of the wall of "new jerusalem" . . . which will be the capital of the messianic KINGdom
. . . so we see that 86 is a prophet, who knew before anyone, that the QB, KING will be at the center of the rebuilding of the new canes dynasty!

alpine

4- for those already marvelling at 86's spiritual awareness, you will be even more astounded to find out what he has going on, on the angelic plane:
- the "vibrational essence" of "angel number 144" comes from the vibrational influence of the numbers 1 and 4
. . . why is that important? cause the number 1 "is ambitious, positive and energetic; whenever the influence of this number comes into your life, you have an incredibly positive outlook and are willing to take on anything that comes your way"
. . . while "the vibration of the number 4 resonates with discipline, hard work, practicality, and problem solving"
. . . and to answer the question already forming in your thoughts: yes, the doubling of the 4 (in 144) doubles this particular vibrationality!
. . . ask yourselves, "could any other angel energy have begun the canespace blog and then kept it going thru all the thick & thin"?
i'm waiting . . .

alpine

return in a couple hours for the last tranche "dump" . . .

Alpine.

I'm on your side of the pond until January 3rd drinking mulled wine in front of a fireplace to stay warm and hiding out from the Coronavirus variant that's running rampant in England. So therefore 3:36 AM EST is 8:36 hither.

Whilst I suffer from insomnia on my own, my lady has charms that soothe my savage breast and enable me to sleep until the cock doth crow.

Nonetheless, thank you for your concern. Fortunately, I suffer from neither ailment nor sorrow anon, just the slow shuffle off our mortal coil

CGNC

Belated Merry Christmas to All and to 86 belated happy birthday!!!!

damn skool, you killed it here! i didn't realise one of your foremothers fooled around with shakespeare so much, that his wit & wisdom swam right up the canal!
and welcome to homey, oft-romantic europe!

alpine

LAST DUMP TO KEEP YOU BUSY 'TIL GAMEDAY:

alpine

5- 144 happens to be the number of square inches in a square foot . . . so 86 has encoded some personal info in this number, letting us know that he enjoys letting his feet square dance

alpine

6- and finally, it should be noted, that 144 is the number you call in both austria and switzerland for medical emergencies . . . he's letting us know, that if (when) his body starts having too many medical problems, he's skedaddling out of FL and moving to beautiful middle europe, where they weave safety nets with lots less holes

alpine

that's all i got
. . . feel free to wade in with any further encypherous information

Thank you, Alpine.
In the midst of a Tier 3 lockdown, Northern England is definitely homey. There's nowhere else to go other than the grocery store or a takeout joint.

Seriously speaking...I will be retiring in Europe within the next 7-10 years. Southern Portugal (Algarve Region/Lagos or Albufeira) or Spain (Cosat Del Sol Region/Marbella or Alicante) or Italy (Umbria Region) are the most likely landing places.

However, if middle Europe comes into play it will be Solvenia (Ljubljana) or Czech Republic (Prague). We are dying to visit Switzerland and will soon but the cost of living is way too expensive to retire there.

that is VERY, VERY cool, sir!!!
- spain & portugal are the only two western european countries i've never visited; nor southern france, southern italy
. . . i just avoid warm areas (the whole mediterranean area) and am not nearly as attracted to either the nature or culture of warm regions
- middle & northern europe are my places
- mts instead of sea or ocean;
- austria, switzerland, parts of germany, norway, scotland, wales, england are my types of places
- slovenia & czech republic also sound good
. . . never made it to the first; finally hit prague with family in 2016 and was absolutely blown away; my wife found an amazing deal in a beautiful place during off-season in the old city on the hill
- switzerland is VERY expensive; but we loved it the best; it's easy for us to get to with bikes and we did a shytload of bike tours there; hikes too, going in october after the lifts were stopped and only a few people would hike way up to the high places = we would have our hikes mostly to ourselves (i would pay for the privilege in knee pain on the way back down)
- had an amazing 2-week vacation set up for the faroe islands in may '17, but a stroke hit my wife bad and landed her in a wheelchair, so we never got to carry out our many "farther northern european" plans
- and now we have a smallish circle for our rickshaw rides, which we do even in 0° weather; that has replaced our hiking/biking/travelling, but i've got LOTS of fantastically romantic memories of earlier times!

i'm assuming you do the takeout joint before hitting the awesome grocery store for the munchies?!

1. Too cold and too expensive to retire. I would never retire off the Continent to islands like England, Scotland or Wales.

2. We went to Prague for a three day extension prior to our Viking River Cruise and we LOVED it! Plus my ancestry is from there (Popadak).

3. Switzerland we will visit many times but retiring there is OUT of the question. WAY too expensive.

86Cane

The #1 rated place to retire (for ALL the right reasons) in 2020 for US citizens is Portugal. Followed by Spain, Italy, Slovenia and Czech Republic. I did my research, trust me.

Actually, my beloved and I have been going primarily to grocery stores to make meals from scratch. Takeout has been limited to a Nepalese meal plus fish and chips just to say I finally had it.

And, oh yes, it's game day.

And, oh yes, it's a happy Crappy Bowl game day.

Although Miami may have lost 9 of its last 10 bowl games, it was only because the U was saving it's "good stuff" for the BIG ONE - today's Cheeze-it Bowl.

- i wish the canes had beaten NC; and i wish they were a different team and were ready to play in the "Relevance Bowl"
- they didn't; they're not
- for the team that they are, i think this is a good bowl . . . and though i'd be lying if i said i expected them to win, if they would win it'd feel like a very good win to me
. . . and i'm looking forward to staying up hours past my bedtime to watch it tonite, despite my crash & burn tomorrow

alpine

skool, your european short takes are entertaining; feel free to share more if lockdown boredom hits you
(p.s. there was theoretically a play on words regarding "joint" and "grocery munchies"; but i admit it was pretty bad)

Good news!
Miami is wearing green tops and white pants in today's Crappy Cheez-It Bowl.

I'm feeling a lot better about the game now!

I have the game 62-26 OSU.

I was going to call it 34-13 Miami but I have not started drinking yet.

I just want to win, and how it happens, doesn’t matter. But, as usual, I am always scared. What will be, will be. Losing on national television is always painful. 5:30 pm EST
