Yo yo yo!

Old Skool

Anyone want to tell me why we take a knee with a minute or so left in 2 straight games when tied to go to OT when we don't against GT to end the game with a W? SMH

I think it's a matter of no longer trusting that your QB won't make a critical mistake or your offense isn't up to the challenge.

I am pretty sure Kenny Kelly wasn’t playing as poorly when he was benched for Dorsey. Every player has to be accountable.

The 2nd pic is where my seats were lol 133
16-17...TVD is locked on tunnel vision...there were too many open opportunities passed up directly across the middle of the field to throw to XR7 just because...he's gotta stop doing that because everyone knows it's his poison now...that aside Great Game and Great Atmosphere in person!!

All of the sudden our WR's can't get separation.
It amazes me how our offensive line graded out as a top 5 unit this past weekend and yet we didn't have 300 yds. of total offense. Van Dyke was only pressured a couple times and the run blocking was so good that we had 113 yds. Rushing.

Wish we could beat damn Florida State. I get nervous, just thinking about it. I wonder what the line is going to be!

Great blog and pics!!!

That was my thought, OS, although I get the analytics involved, as pointed out by TC. In the past you would wonder whether a generally safe offensive call might get you enough yards on O, when still loaded with TOs, to get into FG range with a kicker who obviously has a pretty strong and accurate leg. Fortunately, the U won both of the last 2 OT games, which is great to see, but it certainly appears like a vote of non-confidence in the O and/or a goal of not losing rather than winning. Regardless, they obviously were the right calls given the Ws, so I'll drop it.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!🟧🧡🔶 Just hanging out here in chilly Michigan. Have to get a lower back tooth pulled. UGH! Last time I had a tooth pulled, was my “wisdom” teeth. Why do they call them wisdom teeth, if they pull them out??!!
Anyway, anyone going up to Tallahassee, for the blood bath?? I will turn the sound down, when they play that damn chant! You can’t get it out of one’s head, and it’s maddening.
Cheer loudly, but watch your back. Those Seminole spears hurt. I wish Keith Jackson was alive and calling the game. “WHOA NELLIE”

Since you're the only person who didn't predict two losses to start the season by eight games in and thus the only one who gets to complain this year if at all to this point in the season, I'll tell you, it appears the last two games Tyler played, defenses are now exploiting his tendencies to reach for the security blanket in the route by pre-snap disguising outright double team man coverage with a safety and he's having trouble reading that when he fails to look off other defenders from other options in routes downfield. Quickest way to fix that is probably motioning Restrepo across the formation which will tip the hand pre-snap as the man double team coverage must adjust to the other side of the defensive alignment, then he's got to find a hot read not blanketed if they're doing this, but that's a lot of motioning that might tire Xaiver out as you'll need to do it before running plays also so as to not tendency tip which type of play is called to the Wolfpack defense.

I’m looking at Deion, they never establish the run, they never went to a play-action passing game because they never established the run. Shedeur just does the same thing over and over again because Deion is showcasing him for the NFL and trying to pad his stats. Take Deion off the pedestal, this is coaching malpractice that will end in disaster. Deion is going to be pointing fingers at Colorado, Colorado is going to be pointing fingers at him—those kids in that locker room are miserable, and know that their head coach is favoring a handful of guys, particularly his son.

U are correct Sir! You see a lot more when at the game and observing the whole filed not just the TV camera view. Guys running open all day long and TVD locking onto a covered XR7 all day long.

No bueno.

OGV...excellent analysis as usual. You would figure if you the fan knows this that maybe our OC may try to catch on to this idea. But who knows?

The Dolphins run Tyreek Hill in motion on 50% of the plays for this same reason. He handles it, even if it takes 4 IVs at halftime and all. Just do it!

My daughter is running the NY Marathon on Sunday. If she can 26.2, Restrepo can manage a few extra motions. Ur insight is in-depth and appreciated as always.

Play the freshman! UM should be up by 21. Enough!
