As new home advisors we often face the tough assignment of selling new homes.
But that is only the first step in the long and difficult process of new home sales.
The prequal, deposit and signatures on the contract may look just fine.
But as you all know, getting to closing sometimes is a whole different story.
Six to eight months after the contract is written, the truth gets told.
And the truth, unfortunately, is not always pretty.
Yes, selling is easy, but closing is hard!
